To the left, you will see my areas of expertise so I will just tell you about myself so you can get to know me a little before you invite me into your home or business. My name is Jeff Stewart and I have been repairing PC’s and Networks since 1988. That’s a long time! I have seen it all and have forgotten more than most others will ever learn. I have the alphabet behind my name in certifications but I do not think that’s what your looking for. Most people are looking for the guy that won’t charge them an arm and a leg to make their computer or network problems go away and will not try to confuse them with fancy terms, acronyms and “plain old fashioned” bull  - Nor are they are looking for someone that is from somewhere like India and barely speaks English.  I was born and raised in North Carolina and I speak English.

Most people I meet work for a living, have kids and the life that goes with all that so during normal business hours, it’s very hard to take off work or make a trip to drop their  computer off somewhere – and no one likes to do that anyway. I come to you on your time whether it be 10am or 10pm, to your home or your business. I service the Raleigh Area which includes; Raleigh, Cary, Knightdale,Garner and Wake Forest.

My rates are not high nor low – they are somewhere in between. I offer a competitive $20 per hour flat rate for excellent service and a solid guarantee. I charge a minimum of one hour and if I work for you for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then you pay $25. My services are guaranteed! That means what it says! If I can’t fix it – you don’t pay. It’s that simple! I can normally troubleshoot your problem in just a few minutes and determine if it IS fixable or NOT. I will always tell you approximately how long it wall take to service your needs.

I would say that 70% of all the computer problems I see now days are directly related to spyware, malware and viruses. The other 30% is hardware failure and general mis-configuration. I have the best tools and software for both!

The list of services on the left is quite extensive but I promise you that I have a great deal of experience in everything you see there.

If by chance you are looking for a geek, nerd or some other such descriptive term for a “person with a pulse” that will show up in a fancy wrapped car, pressed khakis, penny loafers and a tie, who will sit on your credit card for hours on end while “learning” how to fix your problem then be my guest – call them!

I am on the other hand just a regular guy who wears blue jeans and crocs. I am clean, efficient and a rock solid technician who has more years of experience working in this field than I have fingers and toes.
